Our aim is to provide our customers with an amazing online shopping experience which includes ensuring you are 100% satisfied with the products that you have ordered.
Julea Domani accepts the return( Refund or exchange) of the order within 3 days from receiving the order for reasonable reasons as below:
*If we sent you by mistake a wrong size( Example: you ordered “S” size but we have sent ”M” size), or wrong color.
*If we sent you a defect dress.
*If size didn’t fit, we accept only exchange (in this case Julea Domani shall take the final decision to accept the return or exchange for the order) Under 2 condition:
1) Sending the order back in the same condition( New, unused, with the tags).
2) The customer has to cover the return shipping cost and re-delivery shipping cost.
3) If it was a refund case and the fault was from our side, we will handle the shipping and we will be the responsible for choosing the courier method.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment within 14 working days.
No refund or exchange for the discounted dresses.
In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.
Julea Domani doing QA on all the orders before ship it to the customer in order to make sure that our customer will be happy and satisfied with the dress.
Please be sure when placing an order to check the measurement and the size chart and find your correct size to avoid any disappointments. We highly recommend the customers to be sure of their correct size.
